The Anker PowerConf C200 is for people who take video calls from a desk and want a sharper image than 1080p. It suits those who value a physical privacy cover and a choice of field of view. It is not for anyone who needs 4K, auto-framing or a camera to cover a whole room.

6.3/10verdict: good, not the best

The Insta360 Link 2 is a 4K webcam with a 2-axis gimbal for people who want the camera to follow them on calls. It suits home workers and presenters who rely on the built-in microphone and good lighting. Buyers working in dim rooms or needing a confirmed physical shutter should read the limitations first.
